About The Role
As the Head of Growth - International & Global Products, you will own the full-funnel growth engine across international markets and the US Global Products segment. In this role, you will generate high-quality sales pipeline, drive awareness, and lead a team of growth marketers and channel strategists. This role reports to the VP of International & Global Marketing and operates three days a week from the San Francisco or New York offices.
What You Will Do
- Own the number: Deliver growth targets across international regions and Global Products segment.
- Build growth engine: Experiment with channels and validate new geographies.
- Manage budget: Optimize multi-million dollar spend through various channels.
- Lead a team: Scale and coach high-performing growth marketers.
- Drive global product growth: Develop strategies for products like Global HRIS, Payroll, Contractors, and EOR.
- Innovate with AI: Integrate AI and automation into the growth stack.
- Optimize web conversion: Enhance international website experience.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with sales, brand, PMM, and analytics.
What You Will Need
- 7–10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
- Proven track record with large paid marketing budgets.
- Global mindset with international marketing expertise.
- Strong leadership skills with team building experience.
- Analytical skills with SQL and dashboard proficiency.
- Creative approach to integrating AI and automation.
Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. For US employees, the salary range is 230,000 - 299,250 USD per year, based on location and experience.
