About The Role
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Rippling, you will own a cross-sell revenue business unit for HR product lines. You will establish campaign strategies, collaborate with multiple departments, and deliver programs and campaigns that directly impact LTV and net dollar retention.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute campaign strategies across various channels.
- Deeply understand products and customer pain points to design effective journeys.
- Own end-to-end execution including audience definition, creative development and reporting.
- Build cross-functional relationships with brand, analytics, product, and sales teams.
- Provide proactive insights and ensure organizational alignment.
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced, data-driven roles.
- Strong expertise in data analysis using SQL and Excel.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- A creative, structured problem-solver with a hacker's mentality.
- Stellar written and verbal communication with strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and take initiative without prompting.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is 105,000 - 175,000 USD per year (US Tier 1).
