About The Role
This role is one of the most impactful SEO positions across tech. As Growth Lead SEO & AI Search, you will build and scale SEO, improve technical foundations, and innovate for AI-enhanced search strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including content, product marketing, engineering, and web development is essential.
What You Will Do
- Deep-dive into current SEO efforts and site structure.
- Create winning content to rank top on SERPs.
- Optimize site layout, internal linking, and backlink strategy.
- Identify high value keywords and search terms.
- Build backlinks and shape the overall SEO + GEO strategy.
- Develop and implement experimentation roadmap.
- Collaborate with various teams to execute strategies.
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of SEO experience in SaaS with revenue impact.
- Deep technical SEO foundations and proven site-building skills.
- Experience with SEO and CMS tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize based on data with impeccable project management.
- Curiosity about emerging AI platforms and AI search optimization.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI-first search engine optimization.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS keyword optimization.
- Own personal websites that rank well.
- Experience with A/B testing and recovery of declining sites.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is 147,000 - 257,250 USD per year (US Tier 1).
