About the Role

The Growth Lead SEO & AI Search position is one of the most impactful SEO roles in tech. This role focuses on deep technical and strategic SEO improvements and centers around evolving organic search through traditional and AI-driven strategies.

What You Will Do

• Deep-dive into current website SEO practices and identify opportunities.
• Create winning content that ranks high for valuable keywords.
• Improve site structure, internal linking, backlinks, and technical SEO elements.
• Establish keyword priorities through detailed analysis and market intuition.
• Develop and execute innovative SEO experiments and track key metrics.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, engineering, and web teams.

What You Will Need

• At least 5 years of in-house SEO experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong technical SEO capabilities and experience with various SEO tools.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on content quality.
• Data-driven mindset able to prioritize initiatives based on impact.
• Experience with AI search trends and a record of successful SEO optimization.
