2026 SC Johnson Leadership Development Program

This role is offered by SC Johnson through RippleMatch and is designed for current undergraduates interested in a career in corporate America. The program is a two-part experience that includes an in-person Leadership Conference and a series of virtual professional development sessions.

Program Details

The experience consists of:

• A two-day Leadership Conference at SC Johnson Global Headquarters in Racine, WI.
• Three professional development virtual sessions to build both personal and professional skills.
• Opportunities to network with leaders, members of Employee Resource Groups, and teams from Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, RD&E, IT, and HR.
• An interview at the end of the conference for a Summer 2027 internship.

Who Should Participate

The program is open to current undergraduates majoring in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering (various disciplines), Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, and related fields. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet specified graduation dates.
