Role Overview - Business Operations Intern

This role is with RippleMatch's partner companies. As a Business Operations Intern, you will assist with the analysis and improvement of operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will gain valuable real-world experience in business operations, process optimization, supply chain logistics, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis and improvement of operational processes.
• Support process optimization and supply chain logistics projects.
• Work with data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Contribute to collaborative projects across cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data and project management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Participation in business clubs or operations-focused competitions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of business operations and project management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new operational knowledge in a real-world setting.
