Role Overview - Business Operations Intern

This role is with RippleMatch's partner companies. You will assist in analyzing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with process optimization and project management.
• Support analysis of supply chain logistics and process inefficiencies.
• Work with data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other business info systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Participation in relevant extracurricular activities (e.g., business clubs) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply business operations concepts in a real-world setting.
