Role Overview: Business Operations Intern

This role is with RippleMatch's partner companies and offers hands-on experience in business operations.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Participation in business clubs or operations-focused competitions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies.
• Basic understanding of business operations including process optimization, supply chain logistics, and project management.
• Assisting with analysis and improvement of operational processes to increase efficiency and cut costs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to identify trends.
• Good organizational and project management skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder interactions.
• Eagerness to learn about various aspects of business operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with business information systems.
