Program Overview
The 4–6 month development program is based at headquarters in Lancaster, PA and a local manufacturing plant in Marietta, PA. Post training, you will secure a permanent position at one of the facilities in Marietta, PA; Hillard, OH; Macon, GA; or Pensacola, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize material substitutions in coatings and board formulations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve process settings.
- Establish equipment standard operating procedures and run plant tests.
- Work on wastewater treatment and develop novel test methods.
Qualifications & Success Factors
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Material Science or Physics. Experience through internships or co-ops, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are beneficial.
Candidates must be able to travel, relocate within the US, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform work in a manufacturing environment.
