The Senior Technical Producer Esports Platforms leads a passionate technical team to create products and experiences that drive maximum player and fan value.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead production practices and execute work systems.
- Monitor team health and drive efficiency in delivery.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to mitigate risks and set realistic timelines.
- Develop technical product vision with cross-functional teams.
- Identify dependencies with external teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate progress and team health through regular reporting.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide product feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years as a Producer or Delivery Manager on medium to large teams.
- In-depth esports knowledge, linking amateur play to professional rankings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technical initiatives and digital product development.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Notion, and AirTable.
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for esports and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Experience in medium-to-large organizations with cross-boundary collaboration.
- Familiarity with Product and Design tools such as Miro and Figma.
- Willingness to learn from failures and continuously improve.
