About the Role

RingCentral is seeking a high-performing Contact Center Account Executive. This role supports the Contact Center Practice for the Mid-Market segment and is ideal for a proven sales professional with a strong background in cloud contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth through new logo acquisition and cross-sell within existing customers.
  • Upsell and expand accounts by re-engaging past opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by communicating the value of RingCentral’s Contact Center portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to educate and evangelize the portfolio.
  • Develop and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans.
  • Craft tailored solutions that align with specific customer needs.
  • Champion customer needs internally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage full sales cycle using RingCentral sales process.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline health to meet quota.
  • Leverage the channel and strategic alliances to accelerate deal velocity.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven success in cloud Contact Center or SaaS sales, ideally in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Strong relationship-building with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to Line-of-Business and IT leaders including C-level.
  • Deep understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS, and cloud communications.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.

This full-time role has an application deadline of October 12th, 2025. Compensation for Colorado hires ranges between $180,950 and $211,000 plus variable pay, equity, and benefits, with salary adjusted based on location, skills, and experience.
