Rilla is the leading conversation intelligence software for in-person sales in industries like HVAC, real estate, and automobiles. Our mobile app records customer conversations, which our AI transcribes and analyzes to help improve sales. Our vision is to make the offline world of commerce as searchable and easy to understand as the internet, empowering historically underserved blue-collar businesses with advanced technology.

We are experiencing rapid growth, with 10% Month-over-Month expansion, hundreds of clients including Fortune 500 companies, Net Revenue Retention over 170%, a high NPS, and positive cash flow. We are recognized as one of the fastest-growing startups, backed by top investors like Byron Deeter from Bessemer Venture Partners, and a Cloud 100 Rising Star company.

Who You Are

  • An infinite learner, curious and quick to adopt new technologies, executing independently.
  • Customer-obsessed, focused on delighting customers and solving their pain points.
  • A superstar dedicated to mastering your craft and achieving greatness, working intensely with a similarly obsessed team.
  • Quality-obsessed with extreme empathy for users, understanding their needs and improving their lives.

  • Work closely with the Head of Events to execute impactful gatherings, from flagship conferences to regional activations.
  • Critical ownership of logistics, execution, and partner coordination to ensure seamless, elite, and unforgettable events.
  • Directly drive revenue, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen the Rilla brand.
  • Scale your career alongside the company's rapid growth.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Head of Events to execute large-scale, high-impact Rilla-hosted events, including conferences, regionals, and internal offsites.
  • Take ownership of key event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor management, production timelines, and run-of-show.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure events align with GTM goals and drive revenue impact.
  • Manage event promotion and attendee communications in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders to fulfill commitments and maximize event ROI.
  • Track event performance and contribute to refining playbooks for future activations.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to manage complex projects effectively.
  • A collaborative approach, capable of working closely with multiple teams while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Comfort handling both strategic planning (attendee experience) and tactical execution (stage lighting).
  • Excellent communication skills for internal teams and external partners/vendors.
  • A bias toward action, with the ability to execute quickly and adapt to changes.
