About the Role

Rilith AI is partnering with event management staff to work on a research project. Participants record short egocentric (first-person POV) videos of their hands while performing real tasks at their workplace. Your recordings help build smarter AI and robotics systems that understand how people interact with the physical world at work. No extra time is needed beyond your normal shift.

Pay Rate

USD 15/hr — United States
USD 8/hr — Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina
Each participant can record up to 100 hours

Eligibility Requirements

You must:

Reside in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, or Argentina
Currently work in an event venue environment
Own a compatible device:

iPhone 12 or newer (excluding 16e / 17e)
Google Pixel 6 or newer
Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer

What You'll Do

Record first-person videos while performing your regular event venue tasks:

Trash & recycling sweep · Stage & equipment setup/teardown · Table & chair arrangement · AV & cable management

Bonus & Payment Terms

Pay rate: USD 15/hr (US) / USD 8/hr (LATAM)
Payment method: PayPal
Payment Duration: Hourly Payment
Appreciation bonus upon completion of 100 hours
