Overview
Riipen is seeking a Business Analyst Remote Canada to work at the intersection of operations, data, and systems execution. This role collaborates closely with the Director, Operations to ensure projects, metrics, and systems align with Riipen’s strategic priorities and operating system.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Project Execution: Manage internal cross-functional projects, create project plans, monitor ticketing systems, and report status to stakeholders.
- Metrics, Dashboards, and Analytics: Develop KPIs, build dashboards using SQL in Metabase and HubSpot, and conduct ongoing analytics.
- Systems and Process Ownership: Maintain HubSpot workflows, Zapier automations, strengthen internal processes, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with teams across the company and provide measurable insights and reporting.
- Documentation and Enablement: Author and update documentation supporting onboarding and operational excellence.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
3–6+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, RevOps, or related roles; strong experience with HubSpot, SQL-based dashboard creation, project management, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
