About the Role
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will lead the systems, infrastructure, and performance reporting for both commercial (B2B) and member (B2B2C) marketing engines. This role owns the backend architecture of our CRM, analytics systems, and marketing automation tools with a focus on Salesforce, Iterable, and Mixpanel, ensuring complete and accurate campaign tracking and actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Own architecture, implementation, and optimization of marketing systems including Salesforce, Iterable, Fresh Paint, and Mixpanel.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations across commercial and member marketing.
- Ensure technical accuracy, data integrity, and best practice execution across campaigns and workflows.
- Develop scalable processes for campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage lead flow design, including scoring, segmentation, and nurture flows.
- Build and continuously improve dashboards and reporting for actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align data flows, system integration, and measurement.
- Support conversion tracking and pixel management across channels.
- Own post-campaign analysis and standardize reporting to optimize decision-making.
Who You Are
- 5-7 years experience in marketing operations with hands-on CRM and marketing automation expertise.
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, Iterable, and Mixpanel.
- Possesses strong analytical mindset with thorough data and reporting understanding.
- Collaborative and communicative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in scaling marketing operations with strong process optimization skills.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing programs is preferred.
- Extra credit for familiarity with the employer benefits industry and start-up experience.
