Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and solution-orientated Virtual Account Manager to join our Value Sales team remotely with occasional travel for conferences and training sessions. This role sits within our Estate Agency business, where supporting our partners is crucial.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 180–200 Estate Agency partners via phone and video.
  • Build trusted relationships using a consultative approach.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for partners.
  • Identify opportunities and deliver training through weekly touchpoints and quarterly reviews.
  • Achieve weekly KPIs, drive retention, and ensure each interaction delivers value.
  • Maintain CRM records, identify new prospects and own overall impact.

You Are

  • Experienced in upselling and customer retention in B2B environments.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent partner experiences.
  • Adaptable, growth-focused and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and data confident.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
