Job Description

AI Sales Executive at Right Fit Advisors

We’re looking for a high-energy AI Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue for enterprise AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions. This is a pure new-logo acquisition role focused on outbound sales, pipeline creation, and closing enterprise deals.

Candidates must be comfortable representing Right Fit Advisors externally — including travel, conferences, client meetings, and industry events — and ideally bring an existing network within the AI or automation ecosystem.

What You’ll Own

New Business Development (Primary Focus)
  • Generate and close net-new enterprise clients
  • Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
  • Build and manage pipeline independently

Solution Selling
  • Position AI automation, RPA, customer experience automation, and enterprise AI integrations
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into clear business outcomes
  • Lead discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations

Market Presence & Networking
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and client meetings
  • Represent Right Fit Advisors as a thought partner in AI adoption
  • Leverage existing relationships to accelerate pipeline growth

Required Qualifications

  • Based in the United States (remote acceptable)
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
  • 2–3+ years direct AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise tech sales experience
  • Established professional network within AI, enterprise tech, or automation sectors
  • Proven hunter mindset with consistent quota achievement

Bonus Experience

  • AI/ML solutions, RPA, or automation platform sales
  • Enterprise SaaS or digital transformation consulting sales
  • Call center or CX automation technology exposure
  • Startup or high-growth tech environment experience

Success Metrics
