Right Balance is a top-tier technology talent provider headquartered in Los Angeles, California, and recognized as one of the top 50 companies to watch in LA. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Hiring team and gain invaluable professional experience.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, your primary goal is to search for and attract top talent, specifically brilliant software developers for our clients. You will:

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and creative channels.
  • Screen profiles for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Introduce candidates to our clients.
  • Guide candidates through the client process to finalize engagements.

Engagement Details

This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with core hours from 9am to 3pm Pacific Time. Regardless of your location, you must be fully available during these hours for video calls, communications, and performance tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Upper Intermediate to Advanced spoken and written English.
