Role Overview

As the Lead Backend Engineer, you will own the backend area, guide the architectural choices, and implement new technologies to meet business goals. You will be responsible for leading a team, architecting solutions, and ensuring best practices.

Technology Stack & Responsibilities

  • Expertise in AWS Serverless, MongoDB, and Node.js.
  • Guide technology vision and lead technical implementations.
  • Work with distributed teams and collaborate with frontend teams.
  • Maintain a focus on cloud design, microservices, and data modeling.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-time development experience.
  • 4+ years with Node.js and MongoDB.
  • 2+ years with AWS, Serverless, and Typescript.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead with a strong technical acumen.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Angular and Docker.
  • Exposure to Terraform, PHP, and performance tuning.
