Junior Technical Recruiter at Right Balance

We are actively seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable professional experience, working directly alongside our management team. You will be a vital part of our Hiring team, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and introducing exceptional talent to our diverse client base.

What You Will Do

  • Source top-tier software developers using platforms like LinkedIn, various job boards, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Meticulously screen candidate profiles to evaluate technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural alignment with client needs.
  • Present the most promising candidates to our clients, ensuring a strong match for their specific requirements.
  • Guide candidates seamlessly through the client interview process, working towards successful client engagement and finalization.

Availability Requirements

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. Our core working hours are 9am to 3pm Pacific Time. You must be fully available during these hours for video calls, critical communication, and performance collaboration, regardless of your physical location.

Required Qualifications

  • Upper Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling real-time professional conversations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within the US Pacific Time zone.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both interpersonal and written.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience collaborating with startups, especially those in a growth phase.
  • Previous Human Resources (HR) or Talent Acquisition (TA) experience.
