About the Role

The AI Engineer at Right Balance is a hands-on role responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions for next-generation products and platforms. The role involves integrating, deploying, and scaling machine learning models and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure robust, reliable, and secure AI services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Develop and manage AI Gateway solutions and scalable data pipelines.
  • Integrate external APIs and design RESTful services for AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration.
  • Ensure data protection, prompt management, and content moderation systems are in place.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • 4+ years with AI Getaway experience, 3+ years with Golang, AWS, and MCP.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and top ML/DL frameworks.
  • Strong API integration and RESTful service design skills.
  • Experience with caching (Redis), data engineering, and monitoring tools.
