Right at Home West Los Angeles is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Community Liaison Manager for Outside Sales in the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in nursing, social work, or those new in Home Health sales.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities and promote a positive company image in the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area.
• Provide education on services to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers.
• Maintain deep community and healthcare network knowledge.
• Foster relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other referral sources.
• Regularly conduct sales visits and represent the agency at community events and health fairs.
• Report on sales metrics to management.
• Spend approximately 70-80% of time on the road.
• Follow a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience; home health, home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Service-oriented, growth-focused, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
