Overview
Right at Home West Los Angeles is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Community Liaison Manager for Outside Sales in the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in nursing, social work, or those new in Home Health sales.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities and promote a positive company image in the West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area.
- Provide education on services to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers.
- Maintain deep community and healthcare network knowledge.
- Foster relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other referral sources.
- Regularly conduct sales visits and represent the agency at community events and health fairs.
- Report on sales metrics to management.
- Spend approximately 70-80% of time on the road.
- Follow a Monday to Friday schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience; home health, home care or hospice experience preferred.
- Service-oriented, growth-focused, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
