Job Description
QA Tester AI Chatbot & Voicebot at Rifa AI
We're hiring a QA Tester to own testing of our AI-powered voice and chat agents at Rifa AI. This is a hands-on role. You'll test real conversation flows, validate releases, reproduce bugs, and ensure the bot behaves correctly across every scenario before it goes live. We're not just looking for someone who checks pass/fail, we want someone who thinks about whether the product feels right to a real user. If something is technically correct but frustrating to use, that matters here.
What you'll do:
- Run end-to-end and regression tests across voice and chat AI agents.
- Test core flows: identity verification, payment negotiation, compliance handling, escalation paths.
- Reproduce and document bugs with transcripts, screenshots, and clear expected vs actual behavior.
- Raise UX observations: not just failures, but anything that feels off from a user's perspective.
- Log issues with full reproduction steps and sign off on releases.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in QA or product testing.
- Strong attention to detail and structured bug reporting.
- Good written English and comfort with project management tools.
- Genuine interest in end-user experience, not just test coverage.
- Good to have: experience with AI chatbots/voicebots, NLP systems, or automation tools.
