Overview
The Manager II, Contract Development and Compliance at Ricoh USA, Inc. is a key role in the Global Services Commercial team. The position is responsible for developing contractual materials and ensuring compliance with global standards across the Americas region. The role supports sales teams and affiliate companies during contract negotiations for International Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, publish, and update global contract documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for standard global Statements of Work.
- Advise on global contracting issues including currency, billing, and SLAs.
- Manage deal approval and contract launch process during sales phases.
- Support sales leads and oversee contract registration and approval procedures.
Performance Measures
Targets include achieving global major account revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, retention, and new global customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or technical/scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, legal, contract negotiation, and related fields.
- Fluent in business English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, business acumen, leadership, communication, and financial literacy skills.
Working Conditions
This is a hybrid work environment role requiring occasional overtime and international travel. The work schedule can be demanding due to high volume and strict deadlines.
