Job Description
What We Expect From You
As a Product Management Sales & Marketing OTC professional, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our products. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Development, implementation, and control of marketing and communication strategies/projects
- Management of the product lifecycle: from brand launch to relaunch or delisting
- Conducting market and competitor analyses, as well as deriving market potentials, trend scouting, business opportunities, and recommendations for action
- Support for the Research and Development department in the context of new product development
- Data-driven analysis and presentation design
- Collaboration with internal interfaces such as Central Purchasing, Apo-Sales team, Marketing, Packaging Coordination, Database Maintenance, Supply Chain
- Management of external service providers (agencies, market research institutes)
- Development of training and information materials for pharmacies and key stakeholders
- Support for pricing, packaging, and assortment strategies
- Management of the agency for websites/newsletters/social media content
- Participation in conferences, training courses, trade fairs, and congresses
What You Bring To The Table
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid educational background and proven experience in product management and marketing, particularly within the pharmaceutical or dietary supplement sector.
- HAK/HBLW Matura (Austrian higher education diploma) and at least 3 years of experience in Marketing & Product Management (preferably dietary supplements or pharma/medicines)
- Good IT skills (MS Office knowledge)
- Good English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
- Excellent German skills as well as strong written and oral communication abilities
- High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
- Driving license Group B

Salary Information
We are legally obliged to point out that the annual salary for this advertised position starts at EUR 37,464 (KV Handel). The actual monthly salary will, of course, be determined based on your qualifications and experience, and we will set this together with you.
