About the Marketing Manager Role
Richmond Community Serv is seeking a versatile and creative Brand & Event Coordinator to lead internal/external communications, manage the company website, support event coordination, and provide executive-level support. This role requires understanding of Richmond’s quality mission, vision, and values while actively participating in quality improvement projects to enhance services, programs, and staff impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal branding, intranet content, and internal communications.
- Develop social media strategy and create content for newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate special events, PR photo ops, and volunteer committees.
- Liaise with PR/marketing firms and oversee design/printing of materials.
- Provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO, handling confidential communications, scheduling, and board preparation.
- Maintain organized digital files, create databases/reports, and manage daily office activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, branding, or executive support.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
