About the Marketing Manager Role

Richmond Community Serv is seeking a versatile and creative Brand & Event Coordinator to lead internal/external communications, manage the company website, support event coordination, and provide executive-level support. This role requires understanding of Richmond’s quality mission, vision, and values while actively participating in quality improvement projects to enhance services, programs, and staff impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal branding, intranet content, and internal communications.
  • Develop social media strategy and create content for newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate special events, PR photo ops, and volunteer committees.
  • Liaise with PR/marketing firms and oversee design/printing of materials.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO, handling confidential communications, scheduling, and board preparation.
  • Maintain organized digital files, create databases/reports, and manage daily office activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, branding, or executive support.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media tools, and basic design platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
