AI Agent Application Development Engineer - A-Share Equity Incentive (Vesting after second year)

Job Locations: Beijing (Hukou available), Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end construction of production-grade AI Agents in scenarios with hundreds of millions of monthly active users. Responsible for Harness architecture design, Eval evaluation system construction, vector retrieval optimization, and observability system implementation.
• Participate in large model fine-tuning, inference acceleration, and MLOps full-process management, ensuring the stable operation and performance optimization of AI Agent products in production environments.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to iterate on AI Agent functionalities based on business scenarios and solve technical challenges in actual business, driving the implementation of technological achievements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Control Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other related engineering disciplines preferred.
• Proficient in Python, with TS/Go development capabilities. Certification in AI-related programming languages like PCAP or TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex/Transformers, mastery of the PyTorch + HuggingFace toolchain, and practical experience in LoRA fine-tuning and vLLM inference acceleration.
• Understanding of Prompt/SKILL engineering, multi-agent collaboration, and RAG knowledge base related technologies. Experience with Claude Code CLI is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with ACM/Kaggle competition awards, GitHub AI open-source project contributions, top conference paper publications, or PCAP certification.
