Talent Acquisition Europe Intern

Richemont owns some of the world’s leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewellery, fine watches and premium accessories. Key Responsibilities

  • Working together with our TA community, you will learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works.
  • You will have chances to collaborate, interact and support various TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent.
  • You will receive complete training in terms of procedures, tools and practices.
  • You will learn the crucial methods and ways of headhunting effectively and managing candidate relationships, increasing our talent networks while being a stellar representative of our organization.
  • You will be trained in applying a D&I lens to all our talent activities, ensuring we find exceptional talent regardless of their immediate background/industry and other factors that can introduce bias.
  • You are supporting our TA experts in increasing their talent pools, working on future business needs and anticipating coming roles.
  • All of your public activity is in line with our Employer Branding directives, to ensure quality representation of Richemont and our Maisons.
  • You will support with University & School initiatives where needed.
  • Good use of our systems and data management will be crucial and is always the main factor in the success of the TA function.

This is a paid internship, including commuting allowance reimbursement.
