About the role
Digital Media Project Manager
Richemont Group Marketing supports and serves the Group and its Maisons to protect, develop, and nurture their brand equity. Richemont Group Marketing includes the Media department, which supports the Maisons by coordinating and optimizing the Group's media activities, anticipating future challenges, facilitating interactions between parties (Maisons, agencies, and publishers), and providing the best partners and tools. The Richemont Media Department is currently recruiting a Digital Media Project Manager.
What We Expect From You:
Joining our team will give you the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the media business within an international luxury environment. You will act as a key referent for media practices by contributing to the following missions:
- Deploy the Global Search roadmap (SEO, SEA, Social Search, and GEO).
- Support the Maisons in implementing strategic and operational actions in the face of new LLM challenges.
- Collaborate with all Maison stakeholders to ensure alignment of this Global Search strategy internally (Media, E-Commerce, Content, and Public Relations) and externally with partners (media agencies, consulting firms, technology partners, etc.).
- Oversee optimizations of the Group's Global Search model and create cross-departmental synergies.
Develop the Group's Digital Media Roadmap:
- Maintain and develop the Online Brand Equity roadmap (ad verification, brand safety, brand suitability, ad fraud, and invalid traffic).
- Lead the measurement strategy for attention and awareness.
- Keep digital media guidelines up-to-date, share them with the Maisons, and monitor their implementation.
Nourish the Global Digital Media Knowledge of the Group and Maisons:
- Ensure local media practices align with the Group framework, contracts, and market best practices.
- Lead the Richemont Media community through various global and local events.
- Share Richemont Group media expertise with other Corporate departments to create Marketing synergies.
Do You Match the Profile?
- Master's degree in marketing, economics, and/or business.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in multi-media (online & offline), performance, media agency/consulting, or within a brand.
- Exposure to an international environment.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Good understanding of global media business: strategy, coordination, planning, reporting, performance, and digital transformation.
- Expertise in digital media channels (search, social media, advanced TV, display, and video).
- Very comfortable with managing multiple projects.
- Ability to constructively challenge partnerships and situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, assertiveness, proactivity, and excellent team spirit.
- A performance and analysis-driven mindset, focusing on measuring and analyzing digital KPIs to achieve objectives, would be appreciated.
- Computer skills: proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (presentations, data analysis, chart creation, spreadsheet design).
- Knowledge of bidding tools, Google Analytics, ad serving tools, Ad tech solutions, etc., would be a plus.
