Case Consultant
The Case Consultant is a critical role at Richard Harris Law Firm. You will be the first impression to potential clients while providing excellent service by responding to new client inquiries, assessing injury cases, and ensuring compassionate client communication.
Essential Functions
- Answer phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle a broad range of customer service inquiries and assess information to make informed conversion decisions.
- Provide detailed service information and transfer calls as needed.
- Enter case details into the case management software.
- Pursue signed retainers from qualified leads.
- Schedule office appointments and notify relevant departments.
- Suggest additional case types beneficial to current or potential clients.
- Be flexible with schedules, holiday rotations, and team coverage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferably 1-2 years in customer service or call center sales.
- Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute.
- Reliable, dependable, and well organized.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
