The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate ESG Coordinator Analyst to join our Corporate Affairs & ESG team. In this hands-on and dynamic role, you will support the execution of RCC's ESG strategy through coordinating data, developing systems, and communicating progress.

What You'll Do

  • Support ESG initiatives and reporting processes
  • Collect, validate, and analyze ESG metrics
  • Maintain ESG systems, dashboards and information platforms
  • Assist in creating communications and sustainability collateral
  • Coordinate internal events, training, and engagement activities
  • Ensure documentation and governance compliance

About You

You are highly organized, analytical, and proactive; with a keen eye for accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

You'll Bring

  • Experience in a coordinator, analyst or administration role
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Business or related field (preferred)
