Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is a proudly Australian, family-owned construction company delivering large-scale projects that shape communities across NSW, QLD and the ACT. We're embarking on a major data transformation and are looking for delivery-focused professionals who want to work close to the action in a business that values outcomes, people and long-term growth.
We're delivering an exciting 12-month, business-critical data transformation and are looking for a permanent delivery-focused professional to help drive it forward.
What You'll Do
- Support and/or manage delivery of a major data program
- Contribute to discovery (scope, timing, dependencies)
- Coordinate plans, milestones, risks, and reporting
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support delivery of additional IT initiatives
About You
- Experience delivering IT, data, or systems projects
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments
- Practical, delivery-first mindset
- Keen to grow into a broader delivery or practice role over time
This is a hands-on delivery role, not a PMO-heavy or senior transformation position.
