About the Role

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our Pre-Construction team. This role offers a great opportunity to be closely involved in how we develop and deliver bids, working across a pipeline of projects ranging from $50m - $500m.

Unlike larger Tier 1 environments where roles can be quite siloed, this position will give you exposure to the full bid process, from strategy and coordination through to writing and submission. You'll be supported by a collaborative manager and team who believe in clear communication, shared ownership of bids and helping each other succeed.

The Role of a Bid Coordinator

  • Coordinate EOIs, tenders and submission documents
  • Support the development of bid strategy and win themes
  • Assist with bid writing and content development
  • Design and format professional submission documents
  • Coordinate input from project teams and senior leaders
  • Manage timelines and ensure high-quality submissions

About You

  • Experience in bids, submissions, graphic design, marketing or coordination (construction or related industry preferred)
  • Strong document design and formatting skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign)
  • Strong written communication
  • Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
