Role Overview: Marketing Coordinator
The Fine Wine Marketing team is seeking an integral member to develop, implement, and communicate all marketing and brand initiatives. You will partner with Sales and Creative teams to support marketing and merchandising programs for the estate portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Update and maintain brand websites using WordPress ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Partner with the trade marketing team to manage coupon programs and promotional offers.
- Assist in executing 360° marketing programs and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customized programs for chain and on-premise accounts.
- Coordinate internal creative projects from initiation to production, including print and shipment logistics.
- Manage external creative service requests, overseeing timelines, print production, and delivery.
- Oversee POS inventory management and fulfillment through a 3PL vendor.
- Manage e-commerce newsletters and promotional offers to drive online traffic and DTC sales.
- Support and manage wine club communications, offers, and member engagement initiatives.
- Assist with additional social media content for key wine brands.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of wine industry or CPG experience preferred; 3+ years in coordination roles required.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience either within or outside the wine industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-starter with initiative.
