Overview

RIB Software is a global leader in digital transformation for engineering and construction. Our Cloud DevOps Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions to support our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep or Bash templates.
  • Collaborate with development, SRE, and cloud operations teams for efficient service deployment.
  • Automate tasks including provisioning, scaling, and configuration management.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Optimise cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement cloud security best practices.
  • Assist with incident management, disaster recovery, and service monitoring.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably on Azure; experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD); proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform; strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash, PowerShell); and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or DevOps Engineer Associate.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based in India. Candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
