Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt role is crucial for maintaining employee file integrity and non-licensed credentialing, ensuring continuous compliance with organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards. The HR Coordinator will be a key partner in maintaining audit readiness across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Support: Manage the credentialing lifecycle for current employees, ensuring all non-licensed credentials, certifications, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Audit & Regulatory Readiness: Conduct employee file audits, support Medicaid and Medicare audit readiness, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits.
  • Issue Resolution & Improvement: Identify and resolve discrepancies, contributing to the enhancement of compliance processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Risk Mitigation: Assist in compliance-related investigations and ensure adherence to Recovery Innovations’ compliance framework.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of compliance and audit experience within healthcare.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within HRIS systems and maintaining employee records preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is a remote position. The role may involve work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and dexterity are required. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds. May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility.
