Operations Analyst

About the Role

Rhythm Energy is seeking an entry level Operations Analyst to oversee system integrations between Rhythm, partners, vendors, and utilities. The role focuses on managing operational workflows to drive growth, scale, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of multiple operational workflows including case management and failed orders.
• Work with EDI vendors, utilities, and internal teams to resolve transaction exceptions.
• Communicate bugs, process improvement opportunities, and business feedback.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Extract trends and detect issues from large data sets.
• Support requests within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with the Manager on prioritized initiatives to ensure deadlines are met.

Skills & Requirements

• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Team player comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experience with Excel, data visualization, customer service ticketing, and EDI management software.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
• At least 1 year of experience in backend operational workflows or transaction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in testing workflows and documenting processes preferred.

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is remote in the U.S. or hybrid in Houston/Serbia.
