Role: Claims Analyst

As a Claims Analyst at Rhino + Jetty, you will be part of a driven team transforming the insurance claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class claims experience through exceptional claim resolution.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve assigned claims per best practices.
  • Independently handle high volume daily claim assignments.
  • Enhance partner relationships with timely and accurate claim adjustments.
  • Gather customer feedback, define processes, and identify best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support to the Claims Team as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Active independent adjusters license (or obtain within 3 months).
  • 1+ years full cycle insurance claim handling experience in auto, general liability, work comp, or renters/homeowners contents.
  • Strong customer service and detailed orientation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern workplace technology.
  • Flexibility to adapt to industry disruptions and process changes.
