Role: Claims Analyst
As a Claims Analyst at Rhino + Jetty, you will be part of a driven team transforming the insurance claims experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class claims experience through exceptional claim resolution.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve assigned claims per best practices.
- Independently handle high volume daily claim assignments.
- Enhance partner relationships with timely and accurate claim adjustments.
- Gather customer feedback, define processes, and identify best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to the Claims Team as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Active independent adjusters license (or obtain within 3 months).
- 1+ years full cycle insurance claim handling experience in auto, general liability, work comp, or renters/homeowners contents.
- Strong customer service and detailed orientation skills.
- Excellent written communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern workplace technology.
- Flexibility to adapt to industry disruptions and process changes.
