About the Role: Customer Service Logistics
- Steering complex transport processes within the European network
- Direct point of contact for demanding industrial customers
- Analysis of operational performance and derivation of concrete measures
- Active escalation and quality management
- Close collaboration with Operations, Key Account Management, and Management
- Shaping more efficient processes and workflows
Impact and Environment
You work closely with the customer – with real impact. Your decisions daily improve operational quality, and you'll have high visibility within the company instead of a back-office role. This position is located in the growing chemical cluster of Central Germany.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in freight forwarding, transport control, or a control tower environment
- Operative understanding rather than pure administration
- Decisiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills at eye level with customers and colleagues
- Ability to maintain structure even under time pressure
- Proficiency in German and English for daily work
