Key Candidate Profile

· MSc or PhD in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computational Sciences, etc.)

· Research Engineer, Applied Scientist, ML Engineer, Research Scientist, AI Researcher, or similar backgrounds

· Strong Python programming skills

· Experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, experimentation, and data analysis

· Familiarity with Git, IDEs, Jupyter/Colab environments

· Research mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

· Experience in AI evaluation, red teaming, testing, or benchmarking will be highly preferred
