About the role
About The Role
Lead end-to-end product management for AI capabilities used in production systems, including LLM-driven experiences, NLP classifiers, and computer vision automation. Translate customer problems into PRDs, user stories, evaluation plans, and launch criteria while coordinating with ML engineering and data operations teams.
What You Will Do
- Own AI product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs based on impact, risk, and model readiness
- Define success metrics (precision/recall, calibration, latency, cost, CSAT) and maintain dashboards
- Design model evaluation workflows (offline/online) and acceptance thresholds
- Drive iteration cycles using RLHF concepts, prompt evaluation, and human-in-the-loop QA evaluation
- Partner with data labeling teams/vendors to scope datasets, taxonomies, rubrics, and QC
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery including privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements
Required Qualifications
- Mid-Senior product management experience shipping AI/ML products with measurable outcomes
- Understanding of LLM/NLP and/or computer vision fundamentals and inference constraints
- Experience with model evaluation plans, human evaluation, and iterative improvement loops
- Ability to manage training data quality and annotation guidelines compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills
