About The Role

Regional Express (Rex) is looking for an experienced and highly organised Administration Coordinator to join our Airports Ground Training & Development team in a part-time capacity at our Sydney Head Office in Mascot.

Responsibilities

As the Administration Coordinator - Ground Training and Development, you will:

  • Coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics
  • Maintain and update training records, systems, and databases
  • Support eLearning enrolments, reporting, and administration
  • Provide timely assistance to trainers and team members
  • Ensure processes are followed and data is accurate

Conditions
