Job Description
Transaction Services/M&A Manager
Reworld Media, a leader in thematic media present in 11 countries and listed on Euronext, is accelerating its external growth strategy. We are looking for a Transaction Services/M&A Manager to lead merger and acquisition operations in collaboration with General Management and support the group's financial strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial due diligence: Accounting and financial analysis of targets, risk and opportunity assessment, audit of cash flow, working capital, and debt.
- Modeling and valuation: Construction of financial models to evaluate targets and support acquisition strategy.
- Transactional support: Participation in deal structuring, synergy calculation, and preparation of documentation for negotiations.
- Strategic reporting: Preparation of financial summaries and recommendations for General Management.
- Financial and market watch: Identification of acquisition opportunities and monitoring of potential target performance.
- Develop a network of intermediaries: investment banks, advisors, funds, executives.
Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or engineering (Master's/Grande École).
- 3 to 4 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
- Strategic and sector analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact directly with executives and investors.
