Job Description
INTERNSHIP FOR A DURATION OF 6 MONTHS STARTING JULY 2026.
The Legal Department is looking for its future Intern in Intellectual Property/Contract Law (M/F).
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Support operational teams in their media and digital projects (particularly for all matters related to intellectual property, press law, and publishing).
- Drafting, negotiating, and validating contracts (collaboration agreements, license agreements, publishing agreements, partnership agreements, etc.).
- Management and follow-up of pre-litigation cases (trademark law, commercial law).
- Conducting legal monitoring of regulatory, legislative, and jurisprudential developments, particularly in the fields of intellectual property, press law, and media.
Candidate Profile
- You hold a Master 2 degree with a specialization in intellectual property law or digital law, ideally complemented by the CAPA (French Bar Exam).
- You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a media company or a law firm.
- You are recognized for your rigor, pragmatism, and responsiveness, and you enjoy working in a team.
- You are pedagogical, autonomous, curious, and proactive. You actively seek information, your risk analyses are business-oriented, and you have the ability to find appropriate solutions to problems, and if necessary, propose alternatives.
