Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Special Operations, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing innovative and engaging advertising initiatives for the group's various brands (Marmiton, Les Numériques, Aufeminin, Grazia, Biba, AutoPlus…) with a strong social media focus.

Your Missions

  • Define and coordinate the production schedule, ensuring deadlines, deliverable quality, and smooth workflow.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, margins, and operational profitability.
  • Orchestrate the production of digital OPS with a strong emphasis on social networks (posts, stories, videos, creative formats…) in collaboration with editorial and creative teams.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (advertisers, partners, sales, editorial, technical, and creative teams) and manage internal/external resources.
  • Optimize social media and advertising campaign performance in real-time to achieve set objectives.
  • Analyze results, produce detailed reports, and conduct campaign evaluations.

Profile Sought

  • Higher education (BAC+4/5, business school, university, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in digital project management, including coordination of social media campaigns and content production.
  • Very good knowledge of social platforms and their codes (formats, trends, audiences, algorithms).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project tracking skills.
  • Analytical mindset and synthesis ability to measure and enhance the performance of initiatives.
  • Agility, creativity, and proactivity in designing impactful campaigns.
  • Enthusiasm, dynamism, and proactivity.
  • Results-oriented and customer satisfaction driven.
