Job Description: Operations Manager

You will be responsible for the operational implementation of cross-functional campaigns across all Group brands and for the management of Project Managers.

A Strategic Mission

As Operations Manager, you will drive the operational implementation of cross-functional campaigns for all group brands. As a true conductor, you will coordinate teams, optimize the performance of systems, and ensure client satisfaction. You will also manage a team of project managers, ensuring their skill development and the successful execution of projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to commercial recommendations and proposals during the pre-sales phase.
  • Design innovative and creative solutions, consistent with the DNA of the media brands.
  • Define performance KPIs in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and profitability.
  • Develop and monitor production schedules, ensuring quality, deadlines, and performance.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (advertisers, partners, internal teams...).
  • Optimize performance levers during the campaign to achieve set objectives.
  • Analyze results, produce reports, and conduct campaign reviews.
  • Be a true motivator for the team and a source of daily proposals.

Profile Required

  • 10+ years of experience in OPS / digital production / media.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and team management.
  • Solid digital culture and good understanding of media challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-project management capabilities.
  • Analytical mind, oriented towards performance and results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
