About the Role

As part of the Finance Business unit within the Financial Department, you will report to the Financial Manager for Digital and Diversification Poles. You will be responsible for the financial monitoring of diversification activities across the Group's media brands (TV, Audiovisual Production, Brand Licensing, Events, etc.), the Subscription department (Travel, Distance Selling, Mail Order, File Rentals, MonPsy directory, Allo Pleine Vie, etc.), and external media brands such as Envols.

You will be in regular contact with Senior Management and work closely with the management and operational teams of these activities. You will thrive in a dynamic, stimulating, and demanding work environment that values human connection, short decision-making processes, and clear governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly and Annual Closing: Ensure the reliability of financial accounts in collaboration with operational departments and Accounting.
• Business Review: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reporting to operational management and Senior Management. Critically review actuals against budget assumptions, explain variances from the previous year, and analyze key financial indicators (quantitative and qualitative) for business steering.
• Budget and Re-forecast: Manage the elaboration of re-forecasts during the fiscal year and the annual budget.
• Cash Supervision: Oversee client invoicing, accounting, and collection in coordination with Sales Administration and Debt Collection.

Business Partner Role

• Support operational teams in achieving their objectives and decision-making through economic and financial analysis.
• Implement tools to monitor commercial performance.
• Propose strategies for developing new revenue streams and optimizing costs.
• Stay informed about the activities within your scope by monitoring their purchases, contracts, and organizational structures (teams, external service providers).
• Act as a key contact for business teams, promoting and educating on financial culture to improve cost management.
• Approve expenditure commitments and all invoices for your perimeter, playing a central role in internal control procedures.

Profile Sought

To successfully perform these duties, you possess the following technical skills:

• Master's degree (Bac+5 level).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control or in a consulting firm.
• Strong accounting and financial culture, comfortable in complex environments.
• Excellent command of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
