Job Overview
As a Business Development Director - Restaurant, you will establish commercial relationships with large enterprise customers, develop market offerings, and collaborate across functions to refine pricing, product, and marketing strategies. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days a week in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Establish commercial relationships with national/super regional restaurant groups.
- Develop market insights and understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on value proposition and strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with executive decision makers.
- Pursue business prospects and execute the sales process.
- Define sales strategy with internal partners.
- Complete client account plans and conduct business reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with multi-unit strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Marketing Services or SaaS.
- Proven revenue creation and enterprise deal negotiation skills.
- Skilled in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of the restaurant technology ecosystem, including POS integrations.
What You’ll Love About Us
This full-time role in Chicago offers a base salary of $130,000-$150,000 with a quarterly bonus for a total target comp of $205,000-$225,000.
