About the Role

The Trade Surveillance team is key in maintaining the integrity and fairness of financial markets. As a Trade Surveillance Specialist Crypto at Revolut, you will monitor trading activities, review alerts, and investigate potential cases of insider trading and market manipulation in the crypto domain.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor trading activity across 300+ crypto pairs.
• Analyze surveillance alerts to identify unusual trading patterns.
• Investigate and detect market manipulation and insider trading.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime, Technology, Compliance, and other teams.
• Contribute to the development of surveillance systems, alerts, and processes.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in trade surveillance or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Collaborative attitude to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
