About The Role

The Trade Surveillance team is critical in maintaining market integrity and fairness. As a Trade Surveillance Specialist Crypto, you will monitor trading activity, analyze alerts, investigate potential market abuse and insider trading, detect manipulation, and collaborate with various teams to enhance our surveillance systems.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor trading activity across 300+ crypto pairs.
  • Analyze trade surveillance alerts and identify unusual patterns.
  • Investigate potential cases of market abuse and insider trading.
  • Collaborate with Financial Crime, Technology, Compliance, and others.
  • Contribute to the design and development of surveillance systems.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in trade surveillance or related fields.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in SQL/Python.
